SPONSORED OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
The Adopt A Cop BJJ sponsorship is a privilege, and with that comes responsibility. Sponsored officers must meet the following requirements to remain in good standing and continue receiving support through the program.

SWORN UNIFORM OFFICERÂ
Must be a sworn, frontline law enforcement officer who actively serves and interacts with the community.

OFFICIAL AACBJJ AFFILIATE
Must train at an official Adopt A Cop BJJ
affiliate academy.

TRAINING ATTENDANCE
Must attend at least eight (8) separate training days per month.

SPONSORSHIP DURATION
Sponsorship lasts up to 18 months maximum or until blue belt, whichever comes first.

MONTHLY CHECK-INS
Must complete regular monthly check-ins and communicate consistently with AACBJJ.

GOOD STANDING
Must remain in good standing with your agency, training academy, and AACBJJ.

NOTIFY OF CHANGES
Must notify AACBJJ of any injury, relocation, employment changes, or academy changes.

SOCIAL MEDIA (ENCOURAGED)
